For these days, we are looking for a team of energetic retirees to act as motivating team leaders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What does the job involve?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will, among other things:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Give the young participants simple and friendly instructions for their tasks<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the packing is done correctly<\/li>\n<li>Make sure the finished products look neat and presentable<\/li>\n<li>Help keep the area tidy and organized<\/li>\n<li>Assist with locating and moving items when needed (no heavy lifting)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will, of course, receive thorough training for all tasks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Working hours<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Work is scheduled as needed, typically:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Afternoons<\/li>\n<li>Evenings<\/li>\n<li>Weekends<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will contact you whenever a group is scheduled to pack, so you can decide whether to join based on your availability.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you have the time and willingness to lend a helping hand \u2013 and would you like to be part of a friendly and informal work environment?
