Together with three other wholesalers, Jens-Jacob Hyllested established the company with the aim of creating a stable import and distribution business that could deliver new and competitively priced products to the Danish retail market.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>From the very beginning, the foundation was built on a broad product range, efficient logistics, and strong customer relationships. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, the company grew significantly and expanded its partnerships with both retail chains and wholesalers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In 2009, Scan Choco moved to new headquarters in Hinnerup, combining administration, high-capacity warehousing, and packing facilities under one roof. This enabled an even more efficient management of product range, orders, and logistics.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Since then, the company has grown through strategic acquisitions, including Nordisk Chokolade Import and Maribo Sukkervarefabrik, strengthening both the product range and our market position.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Today, Scan Choco is led by the second generation, Kristian Hyllested. With more than 50 years of experience, we are a solid and professional partner.
